Privacy policy

My HAM Hub stores the information you enter: your email address and password (handled by our sign-in provider), your profile (call sign, name, license class, city, state, grid square), and the contacts, nets, events, repeaters, radios, and check-ins you save.

Your contacts, nets, repeaters, and radios are private to your account. Other members cannot see them.

If you turn on your public QSL card, anyone with the link can see only your call sign, name, city, state, license class, and listed gear. Nothing else on your profile is public. You can turn it off at any time in Settings.

Call sign lookups use public FCC license data.

Your information is used only to run the app: showing your data back to you, sending the reminder and license-renewal emails you opt into, and displaying your public QSL card when enabled.

We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deleting removes your login and all of your records — profile, contacts, nets, events, repeaters, radios, and check-ins — permanently.
